A pair of restored period Venetian mirrors, distinguished by warm amber tones, floral glass ornaments and complementary engraved figures.

Serenata brings together two mirrors whose decorative details create a quiet dialogue. A cloaked gentleman appears at the centre of one, while a lady holding a fan adorns the other. Delicate engraved foliage surrounds each figure, framed by flowing glass profiles, flowers and textured leaves.

Their elongated silhouettes and ornamental upper mirrors give the pair an elegant presence, whether displayed together or placed on either side of a console, doorway or architectural feature.

These mirrors have a history that remains visible in their surfaces. Areas of spotting, variations in the silvering and small signs of age contribute to their individual character. The restoration and the surviving patina form part of the story of the pair.
