As manufacturers, we guarantee that all items on www.rvmurano.com are entirely made with Murano glass by our master glassmakers.

Essendo noi produttori, garantiamo che tutti gli articoli presenti su www.rvmurano.com sono interamente realizzati con Vetro di Murano dai nostri maestri vetrai.

     

     

    • IS THERE A WARRANTY THAT ENSURE THAT PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED IN ITALY?

    We are artisans and therefore used to work, and we will be happy to tell you about our work. However, if there is a need, we can ask the Chamber of Commerce for the Certificate of Origin, a document that certifies the origin of the product and accompanies the goods permanently exported to non-EU countries (we reserve the right to calculate any additional costs for the request).

    • C'È UNA GARANZIA CHE MI ASSICURA CHE IL PRODOTTO È FATTO IN ITALIA?

    Siamo artigiani e quindi abituati a lavorare, e saremo felici di raccontarvi del nostro lavoro. Comunque, in caso ci sia necessità, possiamo richiedere alla Camera di Commercio il Certificato di origine, un documento che attesta l'origine del prodotto ed accompagna le merci esportate in via definitiva in Paesi extracomunitari (ci riserviamo di calcolare eventuali costi aggiuntivi per la richiesta).

      • IS IT POSSIBLE TO PRODUCE A MIRROR IN  A DIFFERENT COLOR OR SIZE FROM THOSE PROPOSED IN THE SITE, OR REALIZE AN ITEM BASED ON A PROJECT?

      We can make any kind of colour, in case you want a particular or specific colour, if you send us a sample of your colour variant we can try to reproduce it in the same colour.

      We can customize the mirror sizes, send us an email to contact@rvmurano.com with the article and the measures or features you want.

      • È POSSIBILE REALIZZARE UNO SPECCHIO IN UN COLORE O MISURA DIFFERENTE DA QUELLI PROPOSTI NEL SITO, O PRODURRE UN ARTICOLO SU PROGETTO?

      Possiamo realizzare qualsiasi tipo di colore, nel caso in cui desideriate una colorazione particolare o specifica, se ci inviate un campione della vostra variante cromatica possiamo cercare di riprodurlo nella stessa tinta.

      Yes, it is possible. To simplify online sales we have decided to limit the number of items on our site. By sending us a photo of the product you want with its description by e-mail to contact@rvmurano.com , we will be able to provide you with a customized quote.
