These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.rvmurano.com and the purchase of products offered through the website by RV Murano.
By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any other policies or information expressly referred to on the Website.

2. Products and Authenticity
RV Murano is a manufacturer and artisan workshop specialised in Venetian mirrors and Murano glass products.
The products offered on the Website are made by RV Murano using Murano glass and are produced in Italy by our glass artisans and craftsmen.
Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, engraving, dimensions, glass elements and finishing may occur from one piece to another. These variations are inherent to the artisanal nature of the products and should not be considered defects when they do not affect conformity or functionality.
3. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and prices displayed on the Website are accurate. However, photographs may not reproduce colours and materials exactly as they appear in person, particularly depending on the user's screen and device.
Product availability may change without notice. If a product ordered by a customer becomes unavailable, RV Murano will inform the customer and, where applicable, arrange an alternative solution or refund in accordance with applicable law.
4. Ordering
Products may be ordered directly through the Website, where online ordering is available.
Customers may also contact RV Murano by email at contact@rvmurano.com to request information, a quotation or assistance with an order.
An order placed through the Website is subject to the availability of the selected product and to acceptance by RV Murano in accordance with the applicable purchasing process.
Before completing an online purchase, the customer will be shown the relevant product, price, shipping and other applicable information required for the transaction.
5. Custom and Bespoke Products
RV Murano can produce mirrors and other items with customised dimensions, colours, finishes and other features, depending on the characteristics of the requested project.
Customers may contact contact@rvmurano.com with the desired product, dimensions, colour or other requirements.
Where a specific colour is requested, customers may provide a physical or visual colour reference. RV Murano may attempt to reproduce the requested colour, but exact reproduction cannot always be guaranteed because glass and handcrafted finishes may vary according to materials and production conditions.
Bespoke products are produced according to the specifications agreed with the customer.
To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
6. Orders for Products Not Listed on the Website
The Website contains a selection of products from the RV Murano catalogue. Not every available model is necessarily displayed online.
If you have seen an RV Murano product in a showroom, shop window, catalogue or elsewhere and cannot find it on the Website, you may send us a photograph and any available product information by email to contact@rvmurano.com.
We will assess the request and, where possible, provide information about availability and a customised quotation.
7. Prices
Prices are displayed on the Website for the relevant products and are stated in the currency indicated during the purchasing process.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or additional costs will be indicated during the purchasing process where applicable.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available through the Website.
Where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, that provider's own terms and privacy policy may also apply.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Products are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Where applicable, shipping information, delivery methods and estimated delivery times are presented during the ordering process.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, production requirements, destination and carrier.
For handcrafted, made-to-order or bespoke products, production time may be longer than for products ready for dispatch.
Customers should inspect the package and product upon delivery and contact RV Murano promptly if the product arrives damaged or there is another issue.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Where the customer is a consumer and the purchase is a distance contract, the statutory right of withdrawal generally applies for fourteen days, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the date on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
11. Product Conformity and Legal Warranty
RV Murano is responsible for ensuring that products supplied to consumers conform to the applicable contractual and statutory requirements.
Any statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer purchases remains unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.
If you believe that a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, please contact contact@rvmurano.com and provide the order details together with photographs or other useful information where appropriate.
12. Certificate of Origin
RV Murano can, where available and appropriate, request a Certificate of Origin from the relevant Chamber of Commerce.
The Certificate of Origin is an official document certifying the origin of goods and may be required for certain permanent exports to non-EU countries.
Any additional costs associated with requesting such documentation will be communicated to the customer before the request is made.
13. Restoration and Replacement Glass Elements
RV Murano can provide certain replacement Murano glass elements and may assist customers with restoration projects involving Venetian mirrors.
Customers may contact contact@rvmurano.com with photographs and information about the mirror or component that requires replacement.
Restoration work and replacement elements may require an individual assessment and quotation.
14. Catalogue Requests
Customers may request the RV Murano catalogue by contacting contact@rvmurano.com.
The catalogue may be supplied electronically and may contain products or configurations that are not currently available for direct online purchase.
15. Resellers, Wholesalers and Trade Customers
RV Murano may offer dedicated terms and commercial conditions to resellers, wholesalers, interior designers and other professional customers.
Businesses interested in reselling RV Murano products online must contact RV Murano and provide their company details and website address.
The use of RV Murano's name, trademarks, photographs, product descriptions, prices or other commercial materials for resale purposes is permitted only following prior written authorisation by RV Murano.
Where authorisation is granted, RV Murano may provide supporting materials such as images, texts, price lists, translations and high-resolution photographs.
Resellers must verify product availability and commercial conditions with RV Murano before confirming availability or delivery to their customers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RV Murano is not responsible for representations, listings or offers published by a reseller without RV Murano's prior confirmation or written authorisation.
16. Intellectual Property
The Website and its contents, including photographs, product images, graphics, texts, logos, trademarks, layouts and other materials, are owned by or licensed to RV Murano and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Consumers are entitled to the protections granted to them by applicable mandatory consumer legislation, regardless of any contractual provision stating otherwise.

RV Murano may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the Website will indicate the date of the latest update.
