Shipping policy

We carefully prepare and package every RV Murano piece for delivery. As our products are handcrafted and many are made to order, production and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

1. Collection from the Atelier

Yes. Orders can be collected directly from our Atelier in Spinea (VE), Italy. Collection is available by appointment only.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping and packaging costs depend on the destination, the size and characteristics of the order and, where applicable, any special handling required for fragile products.

The applicable shipping cost will be communicated or displayed before the order is finalised, as applicable.

For destinations or shipping conditions requiring special arrangements, we may need to provide a specific shipping quotation. In such cases, we will contact the customer before proceeding with the relevant additional arrangements.

3. Order Processing and Production Times

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation, unless a different production or delivery time has been specifically agreed with the customer.

RV Murano products are handcrafted and, where applicable, production starts after the order has been confirmed. Bespoke or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time depending on the specifications agreed with the customer.

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. Where relevant, the expected delivery timing will be communicated to the customer before or as part of the order process.

For consumer purchases, statutory delivery rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, EU consumer rules generally require delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.

4. Tracking

When a trackable shipping service is used, the customer will receive the relevant tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information allows the customer to follow the shipment and, where the carrier makes this information available, view the estimated delivery date.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside RV Murano's reasonable control.

If an order cannot be delivered within the time agreed with the customer, we will provide the customer with the information available and the remedies provided by applicable law will remain unaffected.

6. Damage During Transport

Our products are fragile and are packed with particular care before shipment. Nevertheless, damage during transport can occasionally occur.

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@rvmurano.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the damage;
  • clear photographs of the external packaging;
  • clear photographs of the damaged product and internal packaging.

Please keep the original packaging and damaged parts available until we have completed our assessment, as we may need photographs, further information or the return of the damaged materials for inspection.

Where the damage is covered by our responsibilities under the applicable law or the agreed shipping terms, we will arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or another remedy required by law.

7. International Shipments

We ship internationally. Delivery conditions, times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

Any customs or import requirements depend on the laws of the destination country and are outside RV Murano's control.

8. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping arrangements, services or applicable legislation.
