Place of processing of data
The processing related to the web services of this Site takes place at the head office of the Data Controller and at the datacenter of the web Hosting where the Site is hosted. They are handled only by technical personnel in charge of the treatment, or by any person in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated except in the cases expressly provided for by law.
Method of treatment
The personal data provided by users are used only for the purpose of performing the services provided by the Site and only for the purposes indicated in the purposes of processing, are disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.

Personal data and/or the results of the above statistical analyses may be communicated to:
- persons, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and advice to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters;
- subjects to whom the right to access data is recognized by law or by orders of the authorities;
- subjects delegated and/or appointed by the Data Controller to carry out activities related to the provision of services on this Site;
- third parties or other parties (for information, website providers, cloud providers, e-payment service providers, suppliers, hardware and software support technicians, forwarders and carriers, credit institutions, professional firms, etc.) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data processors.
Your personal data will not be disclosed for any reason.
The user is not obliged to provide the Data Controller with the data requested by the Site. The provision of data to the Data Controller is optional, however, in case of refusal of consent for the purposes mentioned above, and in case of refusal of consent to the communication of data to the above mentioned subjects, we will be unable to provide the services requested by the user.

- receive your personal data, provided consciously and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
